The fourth season of the Dance at the Music Center continues with Shen Wei Dance Arts, the sensation of the inaugural 2003-2004 season of Dance at the Music Center. Shen Wei Dance Arts will present "Connect Transfer" at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. This is the first Dance at the Music Center presentation ever presented at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. "Connect Transfer" will be performed to live music by the FLUX Quartet, who performed the premiere of "Connect Transfer," and pianist Gloria Cheng, widely recognized as one of today's foremost interpreters of contemporary music.

The fourth season of the Dance at the Music Center series continues with the return of The Joffrey Ballet, under the direction of co-founder and artistic director Gerald Arpino, for four performances only, March 22-24 at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. This year The Joffrey is completing a two-season celebration of its 50th anniversary. This company brings two programs that exemplify its repertoire. Program A on Thursday, March 22 at 7:30 p.m., will be accompanied by a live orchestra, and will feature "Les Présages" choreographed by Leonide Massine to Tchaikovsky's Fifth Symphony , "Apollo" choreographed by George Balanchine to music of Igor Stravinsky and "The Green Table" choreographed by Kurt Jooss to music of Frederick A. Cohen.
