Following A Noise Within's celebrated collaboration with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl, "A Midsummer Night's Dream," Shakespeare's provocative comedy of power and passion, returns for an encore performance in A Noise Within's intimate home space. A Noise Within Artistic Co-Directors Geoff Elliott and Julia Rodriguez Elliott are building on the insights they gained while working with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Mendelssohn's composition inspired by Shakespeare's play at the Hollywood Bowl.

If you were a fan of the classic zany musical that launched actress Carol Burnett?s Broadway stage career, you?ll probably want to catch that same musical ? with a more local cast ? as ?Once Upon A Mattress? delights audiences on the Glendale Community College stage. The show runs now through Sunday, with performances at 8 p.m., tonight (Thurs., March 19), Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as matinee performances at 2 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. ?Once Upon A Mattress? is a musical interpretation of the fairy tale, ?
