Part 2 ? I will continue with the saga of Jerry, who always had a positive attitude. Several years later, I heard that Jerry accidentally did something you are never supposed to do in the restaurant business: He left the back door of his restaurant open. In the morning, he was robbed by three armed men. While Jerry was trying to open the safe box, his hand shaking from nervousness, slipped off the combination. The robbers panicked and shot him. Luckily, Jerry was found quickly and rushed to the hospital.

Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell) had always wanted to go fast. "If you're not first, you're last," were the last words his dad said to him as he was being thrown out of Ricky's school. Those words meant something to the little boy who grew into a top NASCAR racer who always came in first. He gets the beautiful girl, the large home, and perfect family. Then he is challenged by a famous French driver and his luck turns. The American dream becomes the typical nightmare. He is down and out, living back home with his mom, until his dad shows up and teaches him how to drive fast again.

Yet another remake for summer audiences in "The Omen." The 1976 original stared Gregory Peck and Lee Remick as parents of the son with an unusual birth mark, "666." The story continued with the small boy causing death and destruction as he grew through that film and several sequels. This story has Leiv Schreiber and Julia Stiles as the little devil's parents. It also has an added bonus of starring Mia Farrow, who knows a little something about birthing the devil since portrayed the mom of one in "Rosemary's Baby."

The upcoming months at Disneyland are filled with activity for the 50th anniversary and beyond. New rides will bubble to the surface, and some old favorites will be revamped for the next generation of park-goers. Of course most D-Land fans have heard about the "Pirates of the Caribbean" remodeling. Captain Jack Sparrow is back and in Disneyland along with rival pirate Captain Barbossa and infamous Davy Jones. They are being added into the attraction now, and it will reopen on June 26 to coincide with the July 7 opening of the second Pirates movie, "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest."

Valley View by Fereva Here is the great thing about being an aunt: You get all the benefits of grandparenthood, without the waiting time. Between my three sisters, I have seven nephews and nieces - each one remarkable, or so I naturally think. Summer allows me to know them better, and all are in those wonderful transitional years between the ages of 3 and 13 - so many changes in the blink of an eye. This July I am helping to ensure that 8-year-old Joy is water safe.
