AREA 1: 5100 block of Ocean View Boulevard: A man reported noticing a house that had its living-room window smashed. It appeared that someone had entered the house through the window and looked through cabinets and closets. No one is currently living at the location and it didn’t appear that anything had been stolen. The damage was assessed at $400.
4300 block of Raymond Avenue: A woman reported someone had smashed the rear passenger-side window of her vehicle between 12 and 7:30 p.m. on May 5. None of her belongings in the car were disturbed. Damage was estimated at $300.
4400 block of Oak Grove Drive: A man reported his car’s catalytic convertor was cut out and stolen from his car after he drove the car to La Cañada High School on Friday. He parked in the south parking lot near the batting cages and when he returned and started the vehicle, it began making loud noises and he saw the catalytic convertor, valued at $500, was missing.
