The driver, 20-year old Erica Dufek, provided an expired driver’s license and stumbled in her speech. She admitted to having marijuana in the car but said she had a medical prescription for it. The passenger, 26-year old Stephen Lilly, admitted to being on probation when asked. A search of the car turned up a marijuana chocolate bar, two marijuana pipes and several different prescription bottles ordered by several different doctors. Both were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and Dufek for driving under the influence after she failed a sobriety test at the station.
