Dykstra joins Oaktree Associates
Oaktree Associates, Inc., a local organizational and management development company, announced that Josh Allan Dykstra has joined the company as an associate.
Dykstra specializes in talent development and management coaching with young high-potential managers, recent college graduates, and especially those in or interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.
He will also assist Dr. Al Restivo, president of the company, in other areas of the company’s expertise such as executive and management coaching, conflict intervention and coaching, and career development services.
Dykstra is also an accomplished entertainer, songwriter, and musician, bringing a perspective of clarity and experience to his coaching. He is a graduate of Colorado Christian University where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in liberal arts with an emphasis in leadership.
He is currently obtaining his MBA in executive leadership from Gallup University and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
He is also a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach, helping individuals to discover and utilize their talents to capitalize on potential and increase productivity.
