Jump Ropers Go to Regionals

Members of the La Cañada-based Palpitating Panthers Jump Rope Team recently participated in the USA Jump Rope Championships, Region 8, in Santa Clara.

This event qualifies eligible jumpers to participate in the USA Jump Rope Nationals in June at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

The Panthers had a successful showing including a first place finish for Ethan Angold in both the one-minute and three-minute speed categories in the male 10-and under age group.

On Saturday, May 12 the Palpitating Panthers will be hosting the AAU California Open Championship at La Cañada High School. This all-day event is open to the public and admission is free.
