A La Crescenta man has pleaded no contest to five counts of sex acts involving five teenage boys.
"He had his victims pose and model for him," Dist. Atty. Natalie Adomian said.
Michael James Huber, 50, is scheduled to appear before Judge J. Morris for his sentencing at 1:30 p.m. on April 13 at Pasadena Superior Court. This will also give the victims an opportunity to make victim impact statements.
Huber pleaded no contest in a plea bargain agreement that recommends three years and eight months in prison. He will receive credit for one day already served. He is being electronically monitored at his Crescenta Valley home.
