The maid of honor was M. Christina Hewett of Richmond, Va. (friend of the bride). The bridesmaids were Jessica Arons of Arlington, Va. (friend of the bride); Gina Alleva of N.Y. (friend of the bride); Konita Wilks of Annapolis (sister of the groom); Cheryl Horst of Cary, Ill. (cousin of the bride); Verna Lange of N.Y. (friend of the bride); Kristen Detwiler of Savannah, Ga (friend of the bride); and Jessica Thornton of Washington, D.C. (friend of the bride).
The flower girls were Christina Howard of Woodbridge, Va. (friend of the bride), Halie Sayers of Alexandria, Va. (goddaughter of the bride) and Gillian Lait of San Ramon, Calif. (niece of the bride). The ring bearer was Bejamin Lait of San Ramon (nephew of the bride).
The best man was Bart Bogust of Manhattan Beach (friend of the groom). The groomsmen were Anthony Riboh of South Pasadena (friend of the groom); Andrew Mandic of Boston, Mass. (friend of the groom); Shannon Durrett of Ann Arbor, Mich. (friend of the groom; Lt. Kyle Wilks of Annapolis, Md. (brother-in-law of the groom); Jason Gromelski of N.Y. (brother of the bride); Lt. Matthew Swanson of Virginia Beach, Va. (friend of the groom) and Lt. Joseph Greentree of Chesapeake, Va. (friend of the groom).
The bride wore an ivory, silk strapless chapel length gown by Christos. She wore a cathedral length ivory veil with ribbon edging, and her bouquet was a mixture of white and ivory calla lilies and roses. The attendants wore golden-colored Alfred Angelo gowns with an empire waist and chiffon draping in the back. Their flowers were arrangements of orange and yellow calla lilies, roses and tulips. The flower girls wore handmade ivory dresses with golden-colored sashes, and they carried pompeis of flowers similar to the bridesmaids.
More than 250 guests joined the couple in Annapolis to celebrate their marriage. Many of the bride and groom's friends and family attended from as faraway as California, Indiana, Florida, Arkansas, Texas and Massachusetts. Photographs were taken by F.A. Formica.
